How do we shape the conditions for a responsible IoT?

Thursday 12 December 10:30-17:30h
Curated by Simon Höher and Max Krüger (ThingsCon Berlin)

In this track we will explore what kind of conditions are necessary for the creation or emergence of “the responsible IoT”. This includes the narratives we put forward as the foundation of such responsible futures, the different kind of ethics we apply and if we should even care about ethics, and the role of large scale infrastructure. This list is of course not exhaustive and participants are encouraged to bring their own ideas for further topics and formats.

This track includes:
Workshops by:
Unforeseeable Futures, Ethics and IoT by Virt-EU (Irina Shklovski, Annelie Berner, Funda Ustek-Spilda)
