ThingsCon for students

We welcome every year students from different universities and universities of applied sciences, both from design and technical education, that are interested in or active in designing and making IoT. We have partnerships with the universities and we organise special activities for students. This year we have for the third time the IoT Talent Awards and we organise for the first time a masterclass for students.

Thingscon IoT Talent Awards

As individual student or as team you can enter your IoT project in our competition. Our judges and audience will choose the best work and we have some nice prizes. Read more here.

Thingscon Student Masterclass

New in 2019 is the Masterclass for students. Design and prototype a responsible smart home object and get feedback of some of our speakers from the program. Read more here.

Student tickets

If you are selected to enter the Talent Awards competition or Masterclass you will receive a free two-day ticket. You can of course also buy a ticket for a special student rate for one or two days. Check our registration page.
